1. My Philosophy Eureka Street Studio is an independent project dedicated to creating “Sincere Engineering” tools. My software, such as MileTones and TotaLivra, is designed to be offline-first, prioritizing user autonomy and data privacy above all else.

2. No Data Collection I believe your data belongs to you.

• Offline Processing: All core functions of my applications are processed locally on your device. I do not collect, store, or transmit your personal files, music libraries, or text data to any external servers.
• No Analytics: I do not use trackers, cookies, or any third-party analytics to monitor your behavior.

3. Support and Contributions (Donationware) My software is provided as free-to-use “Donationware.”

• Tips & Donations: If you find value in my work, you can support me via Ko-fi. These contributions are voluntary and are used to fuel further development.
• Secure Payments: All financial transactions are handled securely by third-party providers (Ko-fi/Stripe). I never see or store your credit card information.
• Refunds: As contributions are voluntary tips to support ongoing development, they are generally non-refundable.

4. Disclaimer While I strive for perfection in my code, the software is provided “as is.” Eureka Street Studio is not responsible for any data loss or damage resulting from the use of my tools. Please use at your own risk.
